ORDERING INFO
How to Order:
Use the order form to order the AbleChair products or for other payments. Uncheck AbleChair Product option to see Payment towards balance option. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email of the order. You will receive another email prior to shipping. Please feel to contact us for any clarifications regarding your order.
Payments:
Minimum $4000 towards AbleChair purchase is required to place an order. Balance is due before the product is shipped. You may choose to pay the full amount when ordering. Major credit cards are accepted.
Balance Payments:
You may pay the balance through this order form by unchecking AbleChair product option, which shows balance payment option. You may also pay by a check or wire transfer.
Cancellations:
Full amount will be refunded if an order cancellation is requested prior to shipping the product. If an order is cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order, the full amount will be refunded in seven days. It may take about 30 days or longer to receive refunds for orders cancelled after 48 hours. Note, refund timeframes do not cover bank processing times.

Lead time:
Lead time is counted from the date of receiving at least the specified minimum order payment in the order form. Shipping lead time varies with supply-demand issues. Current lead time is shown in the form.
Shipping Charges:
AbleChair product shipping charges are shown in the order form for the contiguous United States. For all other states or countries, please contact us by email for an additional shipping amount, which may be paid through any payment methods specified above.
Customs & Duties:
Customers are responsible for import duties and regulations of their respective countries.
Updates to the Terms:
The terms specified under Ordering and Limited Warranty are subject to change.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Advanced Fitness Components, LLC of Hudson, NH03051 (“AFC”) provides this limited warranty to original purchaser (“purchaser”) of the AbleChair™, and accessories, purchased. Subject to the exclusions, limitations, and conditions stated below, AFC warrants the AbleChair parts against defects in materials and manufacturing and labor for a period of one (1) year from date of delivery to the purchaser. Purchaser is responsible for packing and shipping the defective component to AFC. Purchaser is required to pack the defective component according to the instructions provided by AFC.
During the applicable limited warranty period, AFC shall, within a reasonable period of time, repair or replace (with new or reconditioned parts) the defective parts of the AbleChair, subject to the exclusions, limitations, and conditions stated below. AFC may elect to simultaneously replace non-defective parts that are part of a subassembly that contains the defective part. Any replaced parts (defective parts and parts that are part of such a subassembly) will become the property of AFC.
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage to a AbleChair caused by any of the following:
Cosmetic damage, damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence to the product or otherwise using the AbleChair contrary to the instructions and warnings contained in the user materials issued by AFC (the “User Materials”); altering or modifying the AbleChair, failure to properly maintain the AbleChair; improperly servicing the AbleChair(including, without limitation, or damage caused by use of non-AbleChair parts or attachments). See the User Manual for proper use, moving and maintenance of a AbleChair.
AFC repair or replacement of defective parts does not extend the term of this Limited Warranty, which shall expire (as to original, repaired, and replacement parts) upon expiration of the applicable Limited Warranty period from the date of original delivery of the AbleChair to the purchaser. AFC’s obligations and liability for any defects in any AbleChair are limited to repair or replacement of defective parts as required by this Limited Warranty. AFC neither assumes (nor authorizes anyone to assume for it) any other obligation or liability in connection with a AbleChair or this warranty.
AFC is not responsible for any loss of use of a AbleChair or for any inconvenience or other loss or damage which might be caused from any defect in a AbleChair, or for any other incidental or consequential damages the Purchaser or any other person may have as a result of any defect in the AbleChair.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO AFC PRODUCTS AND ACCESSORIES. AFC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
